Thanks to his gift for business administration, he helped to modernize and improve our IT, operations, policies and procedures during his time with the organization. He helped write the history of FISH book when we held our 40th year celebration and was part of FISH since its origins in 1972.

He had a huge heart for the people of the Pennridge community who utilized our services during his tenure. Indeed, everyone who came to FISH knew him by his first name, and many still ask about him years after his retirement. 

He was especially fond of our Christmas Toy program and enjoyed wearing his elf hat each year during the toy distribution to the delight of all! He could always be found pitching in around the pantry wherever help was needed even into his 80s! He is deeply missed by those of us who had the privilege of working alongside him. Pennridge FISH would simply not be what it is today without him.
