Donations

 

FISH is pleased to accept donations of in-date non-perishable food items, fresh produce. CLICK HERE FOR CURRENT NEEDS

Please note that food donations will only be accepted during our open hours. Please do not leave donations outside our building as this leaves your donation vulnerable to theft and weather damage. Please be considerate to our volunteers.

Donations are accepted at 800 West Chestnut Street in Perkasie, PA on Monday and Wednesday 3-5 pm, Thursday 6-8 pm, Friday and Saturday 9-11 am. Donations are accepted out the back door of our building where our kitchen is located. There is a bell next to the door if the door is not open. Our volunteers will assist you with your donation.

FISH CANNOT accept cribs, furniture, car seats, electronics, TVs, Computers, appliances, etc. We do not have the volunteers or the dumpster space to handle getting rid of large items.

Pennridge FISH welcomes your donations. FISH is a 501 [c] 3 corporation, registered with the Federal IRS and the Pennsylvania Department of State. Donations to FISH may be tax-deductible. FOOD and FINANCIAL donations are acknowledged by letter according to the following schedule:

• Cash or Check donations are acknowledged by a letter. You can expect to receive a letter within one month of our receiving your financial donation.
• Items donated to the pantry are weighed when received and the weight is logged into a food donation book. Donations are summarized during the year by donor and, in January and February of the following year, letter are mailed to all donors with the total weight of the items received.
• Clothing TOYS ETC. 

NOTE: Pennridge FISH is a 501 [c]3 non-profit, charitable organization and is registered with the State of Pennsylvania. Donations made to FISH are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
