HOURS OF OPERATION
Please refer to Pennridge School district closings during inclement weather. FISH closes when the Pennridge School District closes due to weather conditions only. We do NOT follow the school district schedule of holiday closings. See below.
***WEATHER EMERGENCIES - FISH IS CLOSED IF PENNRIDGE SCHOOLS ARE CLOSED DUE TO BAD WEATHER
If, during a weather event, you are unsure about our open status, please call the pantry at 215-257-7616.
If we are closed, we will post a message to our answering machine. We will also post notices on the website and on Facebook.
When there is a Pennridge School delay, it is especially important to call the pantry if you want to know if we will open or not.
If the schools are on a 1 hour delay on FRIDAY only, we will most likely be open. Please call first! (Delays on other days should not effect our hours.)
If the schools are on a 2 hour delay on FRIDAY only, we will most likely close the food pantry.
If the schools close on a Friday due to a snow event, we may also close on Saturday. If there is bad weather on a Saturday, please call the pantry first or check out our homepage for closing information.
Please understand that we do our best to make good decisions concerning bad weather closings, but sometimes it can be a challenge. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
